Show day
At the show
Trading tables are the core — then we layer stage moments, hunts, and family stuff so people stay for hours, not minutes.
Venue and timed schedule are still locking in. Below is the direction we're building toward.

More than tables — a full show day
Signature hunt
Where's Rae?
Find Rae hidden somewhere in the venue and bring Rae to the Information Desk to claim a surprise prize.
01
Hunt
Rae hides in plain sight somewhere on the floor — keep your eyes peeled.
02
Snap
Caught them? Snap a photo together before they dart off again.
03
Check in
Bring Rae (or your photo) to the Information Desk.
04
Claim
Pick up a mystery prize while supplies last.
Today's hint
“I found a place where collectors stop to rest and recharge.”
Why it works
Kids love it, adults play along, and it pulls people through every aisle — then back to the Info Desk. No app required on the floor.

What we're building toward
Not every idea below will make show one. We're prioritizing a few signature beats that feel like RARITY — then adding more as the floor grows.
Stage
Rare Auction
Live consignments a few times a day — the gathering moment of the show.
How to Start Vending
Experienced vendors on capital, display, pricing, taxes, and avoiding scams.
Collector Spotlight
A short interview with someone with a wild collection or story.
Floor & family
Find Rae
Hide-and-seek with prizes — our signature interactive hunt.
Vendor Passport
Stamp your way through booths and enter a raffle at the desk.
Family & kids
Treasure map, coloring station, and a photo spot with Rae.
Draw Pokémon From Memory
Less a rigid stage contest, more a floor walk: we stop by booths with paper and a prompt, vendors (and collectors) draw from memory, and the funniest / most cursed / most accurate bits become social clips. Vendors get face time and a shareable moment — RARITY gets the vibe on camera.
- Optional 10-minute stage round if the crowd wants a live vote
- Tag participating booths when we post — free publicity for saying yes
- Low gear: paper, pens, one phone camera
How we'd run it
- 1. Prompt — flash a Pokémon name (no art).
- 2. Draw — 60–90 seconds at the booth.
- 3. React — reveal + laugh on camera.
- 4. Share — reel with booth name + table #.
Also on the shortlist once we have capacity: Guess the Card Value, Pack Battle, Mystery Pack Challenge, Cosplay, Best Display, Rare Pull Bell, and a light Rarity Quest stamp trail. We'll pick a lean first-show set so nothing feels half-staffed.
